What type of information is collected from you?

The personal information we collect might include your name (first and last name), company name, address, phone number, fax number, email address and gender (to be able to add mister or madam). If you order online a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. We may transfer your personal information to a third party as part of a sale like shipping details for connected transport services, or if we’re under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms of use or to protect the rights, property or safety of our supporters and customers. Why do we process personal data?

In our CRM we keep track of which contacts are working for our customers and prospects. We keep various personal details of contact persons for all communication before, during and after the purchase process. We also send newsletters with product & company information and invitations to trade fairs and events.
